This website is a static page with no cookies, no analytics or tracking tools, and no embedded third-party content. Simply visiting the site collects, stores or evaluates no personal data. Personal data is processed only if you submit the contact form, email us, or book an appointment (sections 3 to 5).
The contact form on this page is operated technically via Google Forms. When you submit the form, the data you enter (email address and message content) is transmitted to Google's servers and stored there in our Google account. We use this data solely to handle your inquiry and do not pass it on to any further third parties. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Processing in the USA, and therefore a transfer to a third country, cannot be ruled out; Google bases such transfers on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Google's privacy notice: policies.google.com/privacy. Your inquiry is deleted once it has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
The booking button leads to a Google booking page (Google Calendar appointment schedule). You are only forwarded to Google's pages once you follow that link; the data you enter there (name, email address, and any details about your request) is processed by Google and passed on to us so that we can hold the appointment. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. There is no automatic redirect and no embedding on this website.
If you contact us by email (e.g. via hello@unworkit.com), the data you provide (name, email address, message content) is used solely to handle your inquiry. This processing takes place in your own email client, not on this website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, and object to the processing of any data you shared with us, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
